The 58,000 square foot, 7-story Neenah Triple office buildings are nestled along the Fox River canal in the center of historic downtown Neenah, Wisconsin.

The Neenah Centers were designed as a component of Neenah’s downtown revitalization effort and landscaped to capture the pedestrian nature of the downtown area. The third tower completed in 1999 concluded the long-range redevelopment plan. The third building is identical to the first two and was completed in 8 months. Downtown businesses, a city park, marina and canal surround the project.
