SUMMARY/PREFERENCES:

* Must have experience in industrial spray painting using airless hi-pressure

   spraying equipment.

* Must have supervision experience.

* Position requires an individual with excellent people and communication skills.

* Responsible for scheduling, training, quality, and paint processes.

SHIFT HOURS:

* Note:  Typical - Variations of hours per shipment schedule.

* 1st Shift works 10 hour shifts M-F 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and

   Saturday work 5 hour shift - 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. (as scheduled)
